I’m passionate about helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate life’s challenges, build confidence, and recognize their strengths. My approach is warm, collaborative, and supportive, creating a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, behavioral concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, and life transitions. I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, solution-focused techniques, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care.
I am also experienced in supporting autistic and neurodivergent clients and their families. My background includes prior experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis services and helping clients strengthen adaptive skills, emotional regulation, and social communication.
My goal is to help each client develop practical tools, create meaningful change, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
