I’m an Associate Licensed Professional Counselor and understand life can feel overwhelming when you’re carrying anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem struggles, or difficult life transitions on your own. Whether you are seeking support for yourself or your child, therapy can provide a safe space to feel heard, understood, and supported.
I’m passionate about helping individuals of all ages—children, adolescents, and adults—navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, self-harm, adjustment challenges, and life transitions. My approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and collaborative, incorporating narrative, psychodynamic, play, and art therapy techniques to meet each client’s unique needs.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Old Dominion University and my Masters in Clinical Mental Health from The Chicago School.
I believe healing begins when we feel safe enough to explore our experiences, build upon our strengths, and reconnect with the person we were created to be. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and growth.
