I’m passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered as they navigate life’s challenges. I work with children and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, and the effects of domestic violence and sexual assault.
My counseling approach is warm, collaborative, client-centered, and strengths-based. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing while tailoring treatment to each client’s unique experiences, needs, and goals. I believe therapy can help individuals recognize their strengths, develop healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My clinical experience includes providing counseling to children and adults impacted by domestic violence and sexual assault, supporting survivors as they process trauma and rebuild their lives. I also have experience facilitating group therapy with older adults, helping clients strengthen coping skills, improve emotional well-being, and enhance their quality of life.
I earned both my Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University.
My goal is to help clients discover hope, resilience, and confidence as they move toward healing and emotional wellness. It would be my privilege to walk alongside you as you create a healthier, more fulfilling life.
