Not Accepting New Clients at this time
I’m an Associate Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor who believes every young person deserves to feel heard, supported, and valued. My passion lies in helping children and adolescents navigate challenges with confidence and self-compassion.
I specialize in working with youth ages 5–17 who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, low self-esteem, or academic and behavioral concerns. My approach combines Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Person-Centered principles, always grounded in trauma-informed care.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Georgia Gwinnett College and both my Master of Education and Education Specialist degrees in Professional Counseling from the University of Georgia.
My goal is to empower young clients to build resilience, develop coping skills, and discover their ability to thrive — both in school and in life.
